Moksliukas predict that flat prices wont go down.
Pity...
So, i decided to make drupal module for displaying flat price movement.

Data:
Data gathered form several advertisement portals (hope they wont be mad on me)
Data gathered for 3 distinct of Vilnius: 'Baltūpiai', 'Fabijoniškės' ir 'Šeškinė';
Data gathered only for fully completed flats;

Result:
On the right you can see flat price movement for this year...

P.S. Flats what was build 2 or more years ago are considered as "Old"
